ResRequest Agent Portal

Agents now have direct access into our reservation’s system, ResRequest. This allows you to log in to an agent portal through our system to:

  1. Check availability
  2. Make a new provisional or confirmed booking

Setting up your account

We recommend only booking provisionally as our standard terms & conditions apply to these reservations.  You will need to register with our Sales Team for access as well as your user credentials. 

Steps to follow

  1. Please use Google Chrome to Log onto ResRequest using this link: ResRequest
  2. After logging in you are taken to the “Availability Calendar” (2nd tab) and will see 1) Calendar start dates and 2) Set properties button – This will drop down a list of properties for you to select your chosen hotel or lodge. 
  3. A screen will pop up with your chosen properties and dates. The number in the block indicates number of rooms available, should there be no rooms available you will have an option to waitlist. We do not recommend waitlisting but rather email our reservations office.
  4. Red highlighted – no availability. 
  5. To make a booking click once on the arrival date and a screen will pop up that allows you to fill in the total rooms required, number of nights, adults and children. Click on create. 
  6. Once this is completed you will be taken back to the availability page but you will see that your selected period is now highlighted in green. Click on Make Booking. 
  7. Fill in the reservation Name (Booking reference), Voucher reference if applicable, all special details about the booking and guests such as Honeymoon, Birthday, etc. If you are booking for an originating agent you can also type in the originating agent.
  8. Fill in guest Information - here you can fill in guest information and dietary information such as arrival and departure details, special requests, etc. 
  9. The agency name, contact name, email & telephone, and addresses will all auto-populate as per your log in credentials
  10. Additional notes, services or special requests allows you to indicate if this booking will be handed over to a local DMC or tour operator as well as the contact details for this person. 
  11. We recommend holding the reservation on provisional basis only (default option)
  12. There are Terms & Conditions that you will need to accept - Please read and accept the Terms and Conditions. Once this is all completed, click on next. Once completed you can access your reservation summary and invoice. 
  13. Our reservations office will be notified of all created bookings and will contact the appropriate person based on your booking.

Terms & Conditions

Please see below the Terms and Conditions for the ResRequest process:

DEPOSIT POLICY:

20% non-refundable deposit is due to secure the reservation.

The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

There is an automatic 20% non-refundable fee applicable to all reservations.

Should a reservation cancel 45 days and less prior to arrival, 100% cancellation fees will apply.

PEAK PERIOD (bookings travelling between 20 December - 3 January) POLICY:

There is an automatic 50% non-refundable fee applicable to all reservations. Remaining balance is due 120 days prior to arrival.

Should a reservation cancel 45 days or less prior to arrival, 100% cancellation fees will apply.
